Countertops & Backsplash:
* Any inner right angle (90 deg corner) on countertops will require a joint / seam to avoid cracking of the stone in the future & to preserve warranty. There may be other cases where joints are required & that will be determined by our countertop measuring expert on case-by-case basis.
* Even though every effort is made to ensure that the seams are less visible, it is understood that you may still be able to see/feel the joints. This is not a reflection of the quality of workmanship, but it is the natural occurrence of joining two different pieces of stone countertops.
* Quartz countertops are heat sensitive. Any warm / hot items or appliances including Air-Fryers should not be placed directly on the Quartz countertop. Damages due to this will not be covered by warranty.
* Quartz countertops must be handled with care while placing objects on it, and it must not be stood on top of / used as a scaffolding. This can result in cracks, damages and chipping which is not covered by warranty. Furthermore, clients that order high end Quartz countertops need to note that they have to be even more careful as these countertops have more Quartz & less glue making it more susceptible to chipping.
*Customers should note that once the new countertop is installed there will be minimum clearance between the stove & surrounding countertops that will allow for stoves to be moved in and out. This is the current industry standard.
*Scratches & chips after installation are not covered under warranty as we have no control on how you use your countertop.
*Quartz Backsplash – Please note due to the natural and/or engineered characteristics of quartz surfaces, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations that the veining in the quartz backsplash will align, match, or continue seamlessly with the countertop. Variations in veining and overall appearance are inherent to the material and do not constitute defects. The Client expressly waives any claims, disputes, or demands related to pattern inconsistencies, non-continuous veining, or aesthetic discrepancies arising from the installation of the quartz surfaces. Secondly, the backsplash will stop at the countertop level behind the stove. It will not go all the way to the floor. The backsplash will also not go behind the fridge.
* Stainless steel sinks – Please note that all stainless-steel sinks are prone to scratches & this is not considered a quality issue or defect. With further use the scratches blend in to form new surface that resembles brushed steel.

We will provide the doors, but it is the clients responsibility to have it installed by an appliance installer.
Care & Maintenance of cabinet doors:
Cleaning: All doors, can be cleaned with water & a soft cloth. If chemicals are used for cleaning, it can damage the finish and that will void the warranty of the doors. For stubborn stains, you can use a soap & warm water mixture. DO NOT use an soaps that contain bleach or scrubbing particles.
Thermofoil doors: Refrain from placing pop-up toaster & kettle right under the doors. It is always safer to pull these items out near the front edge of the countertop or push them right back against the backsplash.
